Payment only via PayPal in USD.
Prices listed are for personal use only. Commercial use must be discussed however, please understand that it may be rejected.
I have the right to refuse any commission if I am uncomfortable or believe I am unable to fulfil it.
You can choose to pay the full fee upfront OR 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch is provided. These payments must be made before I continue the commission.
Refunds cannot be made after the full-payment unless something happens on my end preventing me from finishing the commission.
I may post the commissioned artwork online or include it in my portfolio. If you do not want your name to be mentioned/tagged or don't want the artwork to be shared, please state it in the form.
You are free to share the artwork on online platforms or other media as long as there is no profit or reselling. Please credit me!
The client is responsible for providing clear and sufficient references. Mistakes made due to lacking references will not be fixed or will cost extra.
Commissions may take 1-8 weeks depending on life events, work schedule and scale of the commission. I will notify you if an extension is required.
A rush order with a deadline within 14 days will cost an additional 50% of the total price.
Commissioned artwork cannot be used for NFTs (non-refundable-tokens), Crypto, or AI training.
HOW TO ORDER
Before completing the order form, please thoroughly read the Commission page and terms & conditions to ensure satisfaction on both ends.
This order form is designed for e-mail format. For Instagram, DM me a message stating you want to order a commission and the rest of the details can be discussed. (Please make sure you have the necessary information and material ready).
Please use the heading "Commission" when submitting the form.
The subjects below are the necessary information required and must be answered. However, you may include as much extra information you believe would help the artwork become more accurate.

ORDER PROCESS
After I have reviewed and accepted your commission, you will receive a reply stating your quote. Once confirmed, it will be placed on the waitlist and you are given until the first week of the slotted month to pay the upfront fee. ~
(I will send you a reminder for payment a week before the slotted month if it has not been received prior. Please note that if payment isn't made within the first week of the slotted month, your commission will be taken off the waitlist to open slots for others.)~Once I have received the upfront fee, you will be informed when the sketching process has begun.
Within seven days, I will send you the initial sketch(s) and allow up to two revisions.
After the sketch is accepted and payments are made (if the 50/50 method is chosen), the colouring/rendering process will begin and is no longer subject to change unless a major misunderstanding has occurred.
The completed commission will be sent via e-mail in either JPEG or PNG.

| Extra Elements: | Please describe and provide reference for any additions listed on the Commission page e.g. objects, small animals, etc. |
| Canvas Size: | Please see the available canvas sizes on the Commission page and choose an orientation (portrait or landscape). |
| File Format: | Select JPEG or PNG as the file type for the completed commission. |
